#1. all limousines have to be properly licensed and insured in the state of Virginia, Washington DC or Maryland. When you look for a limousine you don’t want to look for the most inexpensive car , by doing this you can run into operators who operate without insurance or have an unsafe vehicle. You can check information about your company by visiting the Public utilities Commission. You can either search by company name or the P.U.C number
